Court Queen Collective

Ragan Neblett
Co-Founder
Colorado native. Lifetime hooper. Sneaker enthusiast. Slightly obsessed with baking and building empires. Ragan Neblett is one of the unapologetic forces behind Court Queens Collective™ — and she’s been in "The Box” long before it was a tournament name.
She picked up a basketball at age 6 and never looked back — earning All-State honors in high school and playing on scholarship at the University of Denver (Class of 2005).
Coaching high school ball? Not her thing. But starting a club program that helped shape female athletes across Colorado? Absolutely. In 2017, she co-founded 5280 Hoops with longtime partner-in-grind Brittany Jackson — and now, together they are building something even bigger.
Ragan created Court Queens Collective to prove that basketball isn’t just a sport — it’s a lifestyle. And that life? It’s so much bigger than the game. With a focus on leadership, personal growth, and real exposure, she helps young women step into their next chapter with confidence and clarity.
Her leadership philosophy? Honest love. If you’re doing the work, she’ll support you with everything she’s got. If you’re not... she’ll still be there, just without the sugar-coating.
When she’s not leading the Collective, Ragan designs and facilitates training programs for new business owners at a national franchise company. She also runs the CRM because—well—systems are sexy. And yes, she’s got a small (check that, massive) sneaker problem. Size 11, please.

Brittany Jackson
Co-Founder
Brittany has been immersed in basketball since the age of 4, growing from a passionate player into a skilled coach and leader in the sport. As a co-founder of 5280 Hoops AAU club organization, alongside Ragan Neblett, Brittany has dedicated efforts to fostering young talent and promoting basketball excellence since she started coaching at 18 years old, after (regrettably) not continuing her basketball career, after high school.
Today, Brittany embarks on a new journey with the Court Queens Collective, continuing the mission of empowering female athletes and advancing not only the game, but the life of young female athletes alike.
A decorated player during her high school career, Brittany earned accolades including All State Colorado Basketball Player (2005-2007), All-Conference Jeffco (2005-2007), McDonald’s All American Basketball Nominee (2007), and was recognized as a 3-point shot leader (2006-2007). Specializing as a Point Guard/Shooting Guard, Brittany combines precision, strategy, and leadership on and off the court.
Beyond basketball, Brittany is a dedicated professional in the insurance industry, contributing over 12.5 years of expertise in operations. Her role focuses on new member engagement, growth, and retention, with a portfolio that includes partnerships with the Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Football Club. A commitment to process improvement and delivering exceptional support defines Brittany’s professional approach.
Outside of work and basketball, Brittany thrives on meaningful connections with close friends, exploring new destinations, immersing herself in music, and experimenting with food and cooking. Her passion for African American history reflects her commitment to celebrating and understanding cultural richness. Living with Type 1 diabetes since the age of 7, Brittany embodies resilience and determination in all that she does. A true sneakerhead and tattoo enthusiast, her unique style seamlessly blends individuality with fashion. Deeply dedicated to giving back, Brittany continues to inspire both her peers and the next generation through her actions and unwavering passion.
